Look at the back of your lotion bottle. Go ahead....seriously.....I'll wait..... 😊 Read the labels and know what you are putting ON your skin - it's just as important as what you are putting IN your body! 🙌
I challenge you to a wet leg contest! After your shower, hold up one minute before drying off. Use the water on your skin to apply a thin layer of body butter. A little goes a long way! Then just use the towel to tap dry. The body butter works with the water on your skin from a shower to seal in moisture and protect your skin from the environment. Your skin will be amazingly soft and moisturized until you take another shower. Yes, that long! 😲
Natural deodorant will only work if you cover the areas where you sweat. 🤔 So if you are currently only putting deodorant in the “pit of your pit”, you’re not providing enough coverage.
If your natural deodorant contains a lot of baking soda, there is a high potential for itchy sore armpits. Buuuuuutttttt…...a tiny amount of baking soda, something perfectly formulated to be right in the middle, can be just what you need. So the real father is arrowroot powder; baking soda is more like the second uncle. 😉
